In short: this site collects no data about you. Below we explain exactly what happens when you contact us and what rights you have.
The controller of personal data is OPLIXO SOFTWARE sp. z o.o., registered in Gdańsk, ul. Obrońców Westerplatte 24/2A, 80-317 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS 0001234770, NIP 5842883474, REGON 544477979. NETDESKIT.PL is a trading brand of that company and is not a separate legal entity.

We say it plainly, because it is rarely the case: this site stores no cookies or any other data in your browser, has no forms, keeps no user accounts and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Every file — including fonts and images — is served from its own domain, so simply opening the site sends no request to any other company.
In practice this means we do not have to ask for your consent to cookies, because there is nothing to consent to.
Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the address of the page opened and browser information. The basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the site secure and diagnosing faults. We do not combine these logs with other data and do not use them for profiling. We keep them only as long as that purpose requires, and then delete them.
If you e-mail or call us, we process the data you provide yourself: usually your name, company name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
To deliver our services we process data necessary to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and data required by tax and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Accounting records are kept for the period required by law, counted from the end of the tax year they relate to.
Data may only reach parties we need in order to operate and which process it on our instructions: hosting and e-mail providers, our accountants, our law firm and providers of the software we use. We also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell data and do not share it for other companies' marketing.
We do not transfer data outside the EEA. Should that become necessary, it will happen only on a basis provided for in the GDPR — for example the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission — and this document will say so.
You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise any of them, simply write to us. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile you.
If we change how the site works — for example by adding a contact form or a traffic analytics tool — we will change this document first and the site afterwards. The current version and effective date are shown below the text.
