The site is informational: it presents the scope of our IT services and our contact details. Its content, including service descriptions, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract. Terms of cooperation — scope, prices and response times — are agreed individually and set out in a separate contract or quotation.
The only service provided electronically on this site is making its content available free of charge. It begins when you open a page and ends when you close it; it requires no registration and no data of any kind.
All you need is a device with internet access and a current browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3. The site requires neither cookies nor JavaScript — it works correctly with scripting disabled, only without minor conveniences (the dropdown menu and language switcher then take an extra click).
When using the site you must not take actions that disrupt its operation or security, in particular: attempts at unauthorised access, overloading the server with automated requests, introducing unlawful content or circumventing technical safeguards.
The content of the site — texts, layout, graphics and the NETDESKIT.PL trade mark — is protected by law and belongs to OPLIXO SOFTWARE sp. z o.o. or is used under the appropriate licences. Any use beyond permitted personal use requires our written consent.
Short quotations from articles published in the news section are permitted provided the source and a link to the original page are given.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, particularly on security matters. However, it is general and informational and is not individual technical or legal advice for a specific case. Decisions taken solely on its basis are taken at your own risk; we are happy to discuss your situation individually.
The site may contain links to third-party websites — we are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

Complaints concerning the IT services we deliver are handled under the terms of the contract concluded with the client.

We may amend these terms, in particular where the law or the way the site works changes. A new version applies from the day it is published; the current version and date are shown below the text. Services already begun are governed by the version in force when they started.
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
