Every bundle scan at a workstation adds one more number: who, what, when and how long. From those numbers Basteo builds capacity load, each operator's efficiency, bottlenecks, on-time delivery and margin — with nothing written down by hand.

What it does today

Product technology: the list of operations in sewing order, each with a time standard, a workstation and a machine — setting a sleeve 4.5 min on the overlocker, hem ribbing 2.0 min on the flatlock, hood 6.5 min
One operation dictionary for the whole workshop: the same operation in another product is described once
Technology per variant — garment modules (with a hood or without, with a zip or without) change the list of operations
Standard per garment = the sum of the operation standards; standard per order = standard per garment × quantity
Scanning a bundle (Code 128) records the operation, the worker and the start and finish time
One scan, four answers: where the order is, how long the operation really takes, how much the machinist did, where the queue is standing
Sewing-room capacity from the roster: who is working, on which shift, who is on holiday or sick leave, which days are public holidays
Workstation and machine load for the week — where there is slack and where there is too much
A planned finish date for every order; dates at risk turn red before the client calls
An order queue you drag into place — the program shows the effect of every change
Per-worker figures: hours worked, standard hours, efficiency in per cent, piece-rate pay, defects, skills
A team board for the supervisor: who is above standard, who is below, and on which operation
Quality control: every defect has a bundle, an operation and a worker; the rework goes back to the workstation
Reports: time against standard per operation, efficiency, load, on-time delivery, planned against cut consumption, margin, defects, shortages, clients — with a date filter and CSV export

What you get

You know how much the shop floor will take this week before you accept another deadline
You see which operation consistently runs longer than its standard — and you can correct the standard, retrain, or change the machine
Sick leave entered in the roster moves the dates straight away; you do not hear about it from the client
Every defect has an address: a bundle, an operation and a person
16:00, the exit scan — the day is counted. The supervisor copies nothing off the board

Basteo runs in the browser, so your workshop can be anywhere. We run rollout and training remotely, and on site by arrangement.
