A quote with fabric and quantity variants and with quantity breaks reaches the client by e-mail or SMS as a link. The client reads it, approves it, and Basteo records the date, the name and the IP address.
Client company details are pulled by VAT or company registry number from the national registers — name, address, registration number, VAT status and bank accounts go into the quote without retyping.
In progress: a contract with the specification from the approved quote, and a finger signature on the phone after a QR code, confirmed by SMS.
